Singer 15-91 Heavy Duty Sewing Machine Serviced Centennial 1948

SINGER 15-91 HEAVY DUTY SEWING MACHINE SERVICED CENTENNIAL 1948. The motor wires along with the pedal and power cord have been replaced. Serial number EE712119 Born on September 13th 1948. I have had four different machines over the years where the the date of the machine doesn't match up to the centennial date. From my research Singer would use any machine off the shelf for a Centennial badge.

This machine has been fully tested and sews nice tight stitches in forward and reverse. The timing has been checked and all moving parts have been oiled or greased. You can sew light leather and deliquiate material on this machine. The sewing samples shown are six layers on the red and four layers on the denim.

This machine sewed them with ease. I recommend a low shank walking foot for some materials. They don't cost much. Will be packed with lots of care.
