Necchi Logica 591 Heavy Duty Electronic Sewing Machine w/ Foot Pedal AS-IS. I plugged this unit in, and was unable to get the needle to go up and down while pressing down the pedal.

I hear what appears to be a motor making noise, but no movement. I'm not really sure what's wrong with it. I'm not extremely knowledgeable with the inter workings of this sewing machine.
