Vintage Kenmore 158.17030 Sewing Machine Japan Tested works withCase & Vtg Kit

Offered here from the dougfinds collection of curated fashion, accessories, clothing, collectibles, and antiques is this FANTASTIC vintage Kenmore 158.17030 sewing machine, made in Japan. This is one of the highly regarded all-metal Kenmore machines from the 1970s, known for durability and smooth operation. This unit has been tested and is fully functional-I personally cleaned, threaded, and used the machine to sew fabric successfully. The machine runs strong, feeds properly, and all major controls (stitch selection, length, width, reverse) respond exactly as expected.

Vintage Wil-Hold sewing box (USA made). Assorted vintage threads, tools, and accessories with vintage sewing kit case. Bobbin cover plate is missing (common, inexpensive replacement; does not affect function). Cosmetic wear consistent with age (see photos). Case shows typical vintage wear but is solid and functional.

Sewing kit is a great bonus and includes a variety of usable supplies. This is a fantastic vintage workhorse machine-perfect for beginners, hobbyists, or anyone wanting a reliable mechanical unit without modern plastic components.
